Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

All orders are shipped from Latvia. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

All orders begin to be prepared when the payment is confirmed. Our handling time is 1 to 4 business days. This means that your order will generally be shipped within this period.

Please ensure all information is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details, including name, shipping or billing address, postal code, phone number, and other essential information.

Prices listed on the website do not include taxes or customs duties for orders shipped outside of Europe, the Canary Islands, and the United Kingdom. All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

To request a return, please email us at miauswim@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• Be tried on over underwear only.
• Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, lotions, stains, or any signs of wear.
• Have all original tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
• Include all components originally received.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene liner remains fully intact and has not been removed, damaged, or altered. Returns that do not comply cannot be accepted.

If you need a different size, we are happy to offer an exchange, subject to availability. Please contact us before returning your item.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days. Standard delivery costs are included in the refund. Additional delivery costs are not refunded.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. MIAU does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — MIAU is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
